1. Completed Treatments
   Refunds are not provided for completed treatments. If you are dissatisfied with the results, please contact us at support@aestheticy.co.uk to discuss options for corrections or follow-up care. We aim to address your concerns and ensure your satisfaction.
2. Prepaid Appointments
   If you need to cancel or reschedule a prepaid appointment:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment are not eligible for a refund, and the payment will be forfeited.

1. Consultation Fees
   Consultation fees, if charged, are non-refundable but may be applied toward the cost of a treatment if booked within a specified period, as stated during the consultation.
2. Deposits
   Deposits made to secure an appointment are non-refundable. However, they can be transferred to a new appointment if the cancellation or rescheduling request is made at least 48 hours in advance.
3. Adverse Reactions
   In the rare case of an adverse reaction due to a treatment, please contact us immediately. We will assess your concerns and provide appropriate corrective measures if necessary. Refunds will not be issued, but follow-up treatments or corrections may be offered at our discretion.
4. Gift Vouchers
   Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They may only be used for treatments or services provided by ARDABIL LIMITED.
5. Product Purchases
   Products purchased at ARDABIL LIMITED are non-refundable unless proven to be faulty or damaged. If a product is faulty, please return it within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or replacement.
